Abdulai Segun Afolabi is a real estate entrepreneur, investment strategist, property advisor and certified digital marketer with over a decade of experience across real estate sales, investment advisory, property marketing and digital marketing. He brings together real estate expertise, financial understanding, marketing knowledge and technology.
His experience spans some of Nigeria's most prestigious and strategically important property markets, including Banana Island, Ikoyi, Eko Atlantic City and the Lekki Foreshore. He holds a degree in Accounting from Babcock University and is a Certified Advanced Digital Marketer from Regenesys Institute, India.

We physically inspect every site before publishing. Our technical team checks topographic slope, soil drainage, access road connectivity, and developer construction cadence.
2. Title & Statutory Clearance
We conduct statutory search at the Lands Registry (Alausa for Lagos, FCDA AGIS for Abuja) to confirm that the asset is unencumbered by government acquisition or litigation.
